May 18, 2004 I got to make this clear, I am running Mcam 8.1 so I am NOT familier with the Tread/Cut method, so I dont have a opinion of how it works, compared to STCW. What I am saying is that I am not that impressed with the wire side of Mastercam as I am on the Mill side, from version 6 to version 8.

Jan 11, 2019 I used Mastercams circle mill toolpath to make a counterbore, and was expecting one line with a G12 for Haass circular pocket milling. Instead I got a few pages of G02 and G03. Anybody know how to get Mastercam to post G12? Were running Haas VF3 mills. We do have 5-axis trunnions, but its a 3-axis job Im learning to use CAM with. Thanks
